Ricardo Becerra
I've been in construction since I was 12 years old. I learned the trade from my father — concrete, stucco, interior work — working alongside him in his construction business in Pomona, California. When the 2008 recession hit and he lost that business, I kept going. I learned framing, reading blueprints, building houses from the ground up. Construction isn't just what I do — it's who I am.
After graduating from Ganesha High in 2010, I moved to Iowa and eventually started my own company — God's Hand Framing & Renovating. The name comes from my faith. I praise God the Father for everything He's helped me accomplish. As a firm believer in Jesus Christ, I know I'm not here because of me — I'm here because of Him. His mighty hand is with me, and if He's with me, all things are possible.
When the 2020 derecho devastated Cedar Rapids, I saw an opportunity to serve. I taught myself the insurance side of restoration — learned how adjusters work, how to fight for full claim value, and how to navigate the process so homeowners get every dollar they're entitled to. That's when God's Hand Storm Restoration Group was born.
As a husband and father of five — four boys and one girl — I know how important your home is. That's why I pay my crews well to take their time and do the job right. Professional. Detail-oriented. No cutting corners.
